Leeds Beckett University is well connected. We have excellent public transport, cycling and walking facilities. Our City Campus buildings are all within easy walking distance of Leeds City Rail Station. Headingley Campus has a bus stop on campus and is just 3 miles out of the city centre. Frequent bus services connect all our halls of residences and popular student areas to our City and Headingley Campuses. Detailed information on transport connections is provided below.

Leeds has good motorway links to the M1, M62 and M621. Approaches to Leeds City Centre:
East: M62 to J29 then M621 to J3
South/South East: M1 to J43 then M621 to J3
West: A65 via Kirkstall
North-west: A60 via Headingley

Our main City Campus buildings are a 15 minute walk from Leeds City Rail Station or you can get the Bus from outside the station to the Rose Bowl (Portland Way).
The Leeds City Bus links the bus and rail stations with our City Campus (Portland Way). It runs every few minutes from 06:30 to 19:30 and costs £1 per journey.
Cycling & Walking
Our campuses are connected by advisory, sign posted cycle routes. We have plenty of cycle parking on campus and some buildings have showers and lockers.
Leeds Bradford International Airport is a 20 minute taxi drive from City Campus or the 757 airport direct takes 25 minutes and stops on the Headrow and at Leeds Bus Station.
